Returns & Refund Eligibility
Torch Burn Supply Co., LLC accepts eligible return requests for industrial consumables and supplies in accordance with this policy.
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returned products must generally be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a voluntary return.
